ORDERS SHIP BETWEEN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS ARE ONLINE ONLY.
No refunds allowed, only exchanges or store credit. All orders have a processing time of 7-10 business days before shipping, but may arrive sooner than expected.
Once processed, shipping will be 3-4 days for standard shipping or 1-2 for express shipping.
ANY ITEM THAT YOU SEND BACK TO BE EXCHANGED REQUIRES YOU TO PAY FOR RESHIPMENT.
Steps to doing an exchange
Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date
For example - an order is delivered Jan 1st, then package must be received no later than Jan 15th.
If the return is after the 14 days, the package will be denied and you will receive it back.
Check the description of the item you want to exchange, to see if it allows for an exchange.
Now that you see you can exchange it, please look online for the size, and color of the item you are wanting. If the item you want is sold out, please look for secondary options.
All returns must include a note. The note must state 4 things
Order number
Reason for the return
The list of items, color and size you want to exchange it for
Current email address and phone number
Please keep your receipt with the tracking information after the exchange is shipped.

4. Once the exchange order is shipped and delivered, it will be processed through the Return Department. Your tracking number is now stating that the item is delivered, please wait 3-5 business days to contact us if you have not been contacted prior.
Within those 3-5 business days, you will receive either:
An exchange invoice for a completely different item, which may include the difference if your item is more expensive and includes shipping.
An exchange invoice for the same item/different size, which will include the cost of shipping.
A Store Credit Code, which will expire after 2 weeks.
5. Please complete the invoice as soon as possible, due to how quickly items sell out. Unpaid/uncompleted invoices do not hold the items, meaning if only 1 of that item is available for purchase and the invoice is incomplete, another customer on the website is able to purchase. In case you are completing the invoice, and its states item is unavailable, please email cheyenneandotherthings@gmail.com. After the invoice is paid, a new order number will be provided.

Store Credit Codes: All store credit codes are emailed including the code, the timeframe it can be used, and the date it expires. Once your store credit expires, it can only be renewed one time. Store credit lasts for 2 weeks from when it is sent out to you. After the timeframe , it is VOIDED if you don't use it during that time. There's nothing else we can do.
All pieces are shipped via USPS. Once your item leaves the boutique, delivery is in the hands of USPS. Any issues with delivery or a missing package please contact USPS.
